It is so great to hear that Business Or Pleasure? sounds just as great today, as the day it was released, hanks to the great insights, ideas, and talent of all those involved. Business Or Pleasure? was written and recorded when all the stars aligned and all the stars lit up the night sky. I met the real deal production powerhouse Cory through a friend, then the talented Mike on bass, and finally (drum roll please) then the wonderful and incredible guitarist Paul, and the vision became real and audible! This is collection of songs that doesn't apologize for the incorporation of electric Latin blues guitar and Spanish rhythms over a deeply moving kick driven beat.
The idea behind the title is that we could remix of any of these songs as house music (the Business side) after the initial release (the Pleasure side). I’m thrilled that we have had great support of our recent Corriente – Deep Casa Mix via the Pheonix Music label with international radio play and DJ club spins! Enjoy!
